HR Coordinator / Graduate Position

Nellers HR Consulting is a growing consultancy focused on supporting businesses with their HR challenges through proactive solutions. We service clients in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Central and North Queensland and due to rapid growth, our team is expanding!

About the Opportunity

You will support our lead consultants and advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience. This may include auditing a client’s existing contracts, policies and procedures to ensure compliance, developing and reviewing HR documentation or supporting projects such as the implementation of HR and Payroll systems.This is a hybrid role including work from home, Brisbane office and some onsite client work as needed.

As a member of our team, your development and growth are critical, so that we can help you to build your expertise and confidence and carve out your own consultancy pathway. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by experienced HR professionals and exposed to projects and work across the full employment lifecycle within a range of industries.

About You

  • At least 2 years working experience in HR, along with a passion and interest in HR best practice
  • A can-do attitude, growth and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Recent graduate or working towards qualifications in HR or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

This is an opportunity with an ASAP start with the option for full-time or part-time arrangement. Competitive hourly rate.
